Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We do our best to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
Silver pieces typically ship sooner, while gold-plated pieces may require up to 1–3 weeks of production time before shipping, due to the additional finishing process.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped from New York. Once production is complete, orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and selected countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout. International orders are final sale.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All U.S. orders receive complimentary shipping and are shipped via USPS.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We'll contact you after your order to confirm the preferred carrier.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim for timely delivery, llayers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or natural disasters.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
llayers is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Returns
llayers is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.
