Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We do our best to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. 

Silver pieces typically ship sooner, while gold-plated pieces may require up to 1–3 weeks of production time before shipping, due to the additional finishing process.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped from New York. Once production is complete, orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and selected countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All U.S. orders receive complimentary shipping and are shipped via USPS.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We'll contact you after your order to confirm the preferred carrier.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, llayers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or natural disasters.

Returns & Return Shipping Responsibility

llayers cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.
