We want you to love your llayers piece!
All llayers pieces are carefully handcrafted and often made to order. Due to the nature of small-batch production, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or size/model exchange.

If the 7-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Approved items must be returned within 7 days of confirmation
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed
- Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled are not eligible for store credit.
- Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
STORE CREDIT, FEES & EXCHANGES

All approved returns and exchanges are issued as store credit only, in U.S. dollars (USD).

Cash refunds are not available.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and may be used toward any other piece you love.
Restocking & Handling Fees

Unless otherwise stated in this policy (see exceptions below), a $15 handling/restocking fee will be deducted from store credit for items that are returned or exchanged and require a remake (for example, a size change that cannot be adjusted on the original piece).

For minor adjustments that can be done on the original piece, no restocking fee applies and the item will be adjusted and returned once completed.
Size Exchanges

If a size exchange requires a full remake of the piece, a $15 handling/restocking fee will be deducted from the issued store credit

If a size exchange only requires a small adjustment to the original piece, no restocking fee applies
Exchanges – Shipping
We offer one complimentary exchange per order (size or model), subject to availability and product eligibility.
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer. For the first exchange, llayers covers outbound shipping (shipping of the replacement item) as a courtesy.
Any additional exchanges on the same order are not included in this policy and will be subject to standard shipping costs, which will be applied at the time of exchange processing and may be deducted from available store credit.
No restocking fee items – Special Conditions
The following items are exempt from the $15 restocking fee:

Items from the Unchained collection

Eternity earrings
-
Infinity earrings
-
Motion earrings
-
Necklaces featuring a single stone, including: Quartz, Tangerine Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Tourmaline, Labradorite, Black Agate, and Rose Quartz.
For these items, the $15 restocking fee does not apply.
Examples:

Standard piece (not in no-restocking-fee list), return or full remake:
$100 → $15 handling/restocking fee → $85 store credit -
Standard piece, minor adjustment:
The original piece is adjusted and shipped back once completed. No restocking fee applies. -
No-restocking-fee item (return or exchange):
$100 → $100 store credit
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Discounted items
- The upcycling line
- International orders
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases.
International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
MADE-TO-ORDER & SPECIAL PIECES

Most llayers pieces are made to order.

Cash refunds are not available — store credit is the only method for returns or exchanges.

Personalized items, including engraved pieces or items made to a customer’s specific request, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted for you, ensuring quality and uniqueness.
FORCE MAJEURE
llayers is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, shipping interruptions, etc.). We will communicate with customers and work to resolve delays where possible.
