The two rings together measure approximately 1cm long.

Choose between 2 lengths:

S: 16 cm + 3 cm extension - Allows a total length of 16 and 19 cm (6 5/16" to 7 1/2")

M: 18 cm + 3 cm extension - Allows a total length of 18 and 21 cm (7 1/8" to 8 1/4")

Adjustable on the wrist for smaller or larger sizes with the small extension chain.
