Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Product(s) (the "Delivery").

The risk of loss or deterioration of the Product(s) is transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery.
Products are dispatched to the Customer's address by a carrier selected by llayers.

The Delivery charges applicable to the Order are determined according to the place and method of delivery chosen by the Customer at the time of the validation of his purchase. These delivery costs are mentioned in the "Delivery and Returns" section of the Site, as it exists at the time of the Order.
In the e-mail confirming the dispatch of the Order, the Customer shall receive the tracking number allocated to the package, enabling him/her to follow the delivery process of his/her Order.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the address of residence of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made when the Order is made available to Customer by the carrier. The control system used by the carrier shall be deemed authentic.

In case of deterioration of the product, the Customer must:
- Refuse the package, which will then be returned directly to the sender;
- Make reservations upon receipt of the damaged package; and
- Make a claim on the carrier's website.
Without any reservation on the part of the Customer, the carrier is not obliged to compensate. The Customer's claim will enrich the claim made by our services. To make a claim, contact us at the following address:, indicating :
- Customer's name;
- Package tracking number;
- Product description;
- Photos of the damaged package (inside and outside) with the postage clearly visible; and
- Photo of the damaged product.

In the event that it is impossible to make the Delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address or the failure of the Customer to pick up his or her Order from the selected carrier, no reshipment shall be made and a new order shall be placed on the site.

The Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).

llayers cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not of its making or justified by Force Majeure.

Returns or exchanges
The customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to indicate that he/she wishes to exchange or return a model (in exchange for a credit note). After this 7-day period, the sale is firm and final and no returns are possible.

If this 7-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Return policy
The Customer communicates his/her decision to return or exchange a size within 7 days of receiving his/her order, by sending an e-mail to: in which he/she specifies his/her surname, first name, order number and references of the Product(s) he/she wishes to return/exchange.

After approval by llayers, the Customer shall bear the cost of returning the product(s).

Products must be returned within 7 days of your request, in their original packaging, in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with label and accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be reimbursed.

Credit note
The credit note is issued subject to llayers having been able to recover the Products initially delivered. Once the returned Products have been checked, llayers undertakes to give the Customer a credit note for the same amount as the initial Order as soon as possible.

Credit notes are in US dollars.
Exchanges of sizes on the same model are possible, but you will be responsible for return postage and new shipping costs.

Returns are not possible for discounted models, the upcycling line and items on the "low prices" menu.

llayers shall not be held liable in the event of a breach of any of its contractual obligations resulting from an act of God or Force Majeure. In particular, llayers will not be held responsible for any non-execution or delay in the execution of Orders caused by events beyond its control ("Force Majeure"). 

An Event of Force Majeure includes any act, event, non-performance, omission or accident beyond llayers control and includes in particular, without limitation:

- Strikes, plant closures;
- War, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, unrest or civil war, riot;
- Disaster, natural catastrophes or epidemics;
- Impossibility to use private or public means of transportation due to strikes, breakdowns or accidents;
- Impossibility to use public and private telecommunication networks;
- Faits du prince

All obligations of llayers and the Client are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure, without compensation, and the execution and delivery deadlines will be extended accordingly. llayers will make every effort to find a solution that will allow it to execute its contractual obligations despite the Force Majeure.

If the Force Majeure continues for more than three (3) months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of llayers or the Customer without compensation on either side. Failure to pay by the Client cannot be justified by an Event of Force Majeure.
